Quadrant 2 — Hold
Institutions with the highest ROE command the highest market valuations.
Quadrant 3 — Underperform
Institutions with the lowest ROE receive the lowest market valuations.
Quadrant 4 — Sell
Institutions with low ROE and high P/B ratios are considered overvalued.
